Deaf Awareness & Taster Sessions
Here are some things you can do to become more deaf-aware and help your Deaf friends and family.
- Understand what ‘deaf’ means.
- Find out how they communicate.
- Think about the environment you’re in.
- Always show us that you are willing to help us.
- Learn sign language.
Deaf Awareness would take 3 hours of intense course to make you understand more about Deaf lifestyles, history and cultures, communication and understanding.
This can be use for either workplaces or general workshop.

We also do 10 weeks Taster Sessions, thank to Lottery Community Funds. Normal RRF £225 cost just for £60 for 10 weeks and BSL101:- One unit from BSL Level One. This can be transfer at any time only with Signature as we’re register body award with them.
If you just want a Taster without BSL101 unit, cost is £30.
