In January 2016 Talking Hands was nominated as the Evening Posts  Charity of the year. This means that several events will be held to raise funds for us.

Talking Hands Deaf Children and Young People Service Is a registered charity (1162130), the organisation was established in 1999, we run services for Deaf Children, Young People and their families across Wales providing informal Education and social activities, mentoring and advocacy supports services.

Good to see the groups that benefit from using the Swansea Deaf centre get recognition for all their hard work. Without their support it would not be possible. The centre has several groups who get to use. Rooms/ building for free on their social evenings to help them develop and grow, as in the case of Talking Hands
